Jews and America need a conservative version of the ADL
According to a Manhattan Institute poll, up to 17% of Republicans and 20% of Democrats hold antisemitic views. With the takeover of academia by the anti-Zionist left, the bulwark of liberals fighting anti-Semitism has all but broken. Immigration, Leftist indoctrination and a culture of conspiracy and contempt for facts in opposition to it have supercharged antisemitism. It would be a very big mistake for those of us on the right to be blinded by the overwhelming support that baby boomers have for Israel and in opposition to anti-Semitism. We need a concerted campaign against anti-Semitism on the right by conservatives. Because the methods of the ADL and other left-wing groups have the effect of often promoting anti-Semitism allowing antisemites to claim to be victims of powerful institutions, while the ADL and other liberal Jewish groups have promoted the inherently anti-Semitic leftist idea of neo Marxist power dynamics inherent in DEI and other programs. We need conservatives to produce serious responses to antisemitic libels and publicize them in a way that people view them. This means an active public database of antisemitic tropes and responses to them, short and long form videos in response to them, and influencer-friendly packets on each set. This means not only having volunteers, but a full time staff. And when I say full time, I mean 24/7 every week of the year, because there is a global social media war on Jews. This campaign needs to be ongoing because antisemitic libels are made up every day. We need a right-wing group doing the mission that the ADL was created for and has largely walked away from. This is an education, media, and social media war and given demographics, we are dramatically outnumbered.
