There are a number of events for conservative New Yorkers this week.

1. Michael Benjamin will be speaking at Columbia on Wednesday, 12:30 PM in 105 Jerome Greene Hall.
The event is sponsored by The Columbia College Conservative Club, Right-Thinking Law Students, the Columbia University College Republicans, the Columbia College Libertarians, and Columbia Political Union.

I am happy to see that my successor at CCCC has managed to get the Libertarians and Republicans to co-sponsor an event. If Mr. Benjamin can pull this off in the General Election, he may win.

2. There is a Conservative Meetup. It will be held at 7 PM in the Argosy Book Store, 116 E. 59th St. I've never been to one of these, but it should be interesting.

3. National Review Editor will be speaking at the (party-run) New York Young Republican Club. It seems that the State hacks have figured out that Rockefeller lost the 1964 primary.

4. There will be a Republican Party Meetup on Thusday, 7PM at the Auction House, 300 East 89th Street.
